St Mary's Icomb

The parish of Icomb is rural, small and beautiful with a strong sense of community amongst the villagers. The Church is Grade I listed, with both Norman and early English features; its interior renovations are Victorian. It contains the tomb of Sir John Blackett, the builder of Icomb Place. Above his tomb is a 'Leper's Squint'. There is a strong village community, with links between PCC, Village Meetings and all aspects of village life. The church is used for concerts and other activites as well as regular services with an influx of families enabling family friendly worship as well as traditional services.

Icomb has a small but committed worshipping congregation which includes families. Most of the services at Icomb are BCP, with special services for the major festivals, which are family orientated. Please see the links below to find out about forthcoming services and events.
